6 Tons Single Drum Chain Grate Water Fire Tube Coal Fired Boiler

DZL series package boilers are horizontal three-pass water & fire tube boilers with a chain grate stoker structure. Threaded pyrotechnic tubes are arranged in the drum to form a convection heating surface, while the drum and the water walls on both sides form a radiation heating surface in the furnace. Each package system is fully installed and wired before being transported to site and is electrically controlled to provide functions such as stepless speed regulation for the stoker, threshold parameter alert and interlock protection.

Application of 6 tph steam boiler is used in chemistry, plastics, rubber, construction, forestry, concrete steam raising, plate processing, pharmaceutical industry distillation, etc. Compared with the same type of boiler, this series of steam boilers are compact in structure and small in size, saving the capital construction investment of boiler room. The boiler adopts a unique double-deck secondary air design to improve the ignition conditions of biomass fuel, and adopts an independent air chamber to achieve a reasonable air distribution, which forms an aerodynamic field conducive to combustion in the furnace, and makes the combustion temperature high and combustion efficiency high.
